How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Payment must be completed before we can process your order.

What do I do if I didn't get a confirmation email?

Email us at It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.

What is my order status?

Check the status of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

At this time, the United States only.

When will you ship my order?

We process orders within 2-3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for sweatshirts is calculated at checkout. Shipping for buttons is free.

I made a mistake to my address when ordering.

Email us as soon as possible at with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

My order says it has been delivered but I haven't received it.

Two-Up is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but email us at and we will see what we can do. Please include your order number in the subject line.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at and include your order number in the subject line. We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped.

Can I exchange or return my order?
